Mini-Meditation

Thursdays: 10:30am

15 minute guided meditation space designed to easily fit into your day. Various meditation and mindfulness techniques are used (i.e. guided visualization and awareness, various types of breathwork, chants, loving-kindness, relaxation response, laughter).

AcuMove

Mondays: 7:30pm

30 minute class focusing on gentle mindful movement with breathwork, stimulating acupressure points for relaxation & sleep, and ending with a yoga nidra meditation. With an emphasis on breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation, this class promotes gentle mindful activity for physical, emotional and mental well-being.
